Air-con service contract provide fairness & interests in
all aspects towards the clientele as well as to us at

followings and to seek your operation as such:
a. During the servicing of air-con unit, we would like
furniture or any house decoration to stay clear from it to
prevent unnecessary damage or loss/cost incurred. This may
be spell in details to clientele subject to the home decor
and of course to the agreement between both parties.
b. In the event if any of the home decor is blocking and not
able to stay clear. Then it is to seek an understanding from
client that unforeseen circumstances may or may not happen.
And in such case, Absolute will not be liable for any due
damages or cost incurred
whatsoever. But of course, our well trained staff will
always handle with due respect and care.
c. Photos may be taken to highlight concern in possibilities
of damages or cost incurred to client

House Cleaning Services Terms
1. The above mentioned Name of Client (hereinafter known as
the Client), is to notify @bsolute Solutions Pte Ltd
(hereinafter known as the company) of any changes in
2. The company reserves the rights to terminate all services
immediately without the notice if the client is found
directly or indirectly involved in any form of activities
which may cause harm/damage to the company or employees.

client’s property up to a maximum of $200 or 50% of the cost
price, whichever is lower; damages reported after 24 hours
after the cleaning will not be attended.
4. Client is not allowed to solicit or negotiate any deal
with any of the company’s employee without the company’s
prior consent or involvement.
5. Upon termination of service of agreement between company
and client, the company’s employees are not allowed to
provide anymore services for the client for a period of six
(6) months from the day of termination of contract.
6. No additional services are to be provided to the client
by the company’s employees except for those stated in the
package chosen. If so, the company can impose additional
charges for these services to the client.
7. Every cleaning session is fixed at four (4 hours unless
otherwise agreed upon between client and company.
8. Client is to complete at least four session of cleaning
within the period of contract mentioned above.
9. The period of contract will be automatically extended
monthly upon receipt of payment to the company.
10. Cleaners are not to engage in dangerous activities such
as climbing up high ladder, climbing outside the window to
wipe the window grilles etc.
11. Any payment can be made via Cheque, Cash or Bank
Transfer. Payment must be made on the first session every
12. There will be no refund for cancellation of weekly
cleaning package. Any change of house cleaning session must
be at 3 working day notices to us.
13. Last minute change of house cleaning session, there will
be a penalty charge of $30.
14. Cleaner’s allocation and availability are strictly
subjected by the company. Any replacement of cleaner, there
may or may not have a replacement fee.
15. Kindly inform the company of any termination of services
giving a month’s notice, otherwise penalty charges
equivalent to a month’s cleaning charges would apply.
(This clause will not apply for contractual service period
over 6 months)
16. To safeguard your own property and to prevent any
misunderstandings from happening,
please store your valuables away in a safe place when any
cleaner is around.
Carpet Cleaning Terms & Conditions:
· Goods or services sold are not refundable.
· The deposit and order will both be forfeited and cancelled
if order is not claimed within 30 days.
· The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation or

All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.

We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled
due to the unavailability of goods / services or our
inability to deliver the goods / services within the agreed
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is
confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgment to the customer
within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic
order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be
sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
